Tripod constant velocity joint cardan shaft (Skoda Fabia 5J)

1 - Hinge protective cuff, check for cracks and damage; 2 - Clamping bracket, replace; 3 - Replace the screw after each removal by first tightening all the screws crosswise with a torque of 10 Nm, then tighten them crosswise with a final tightening torque of: M8 = 20 Nm + 90°, M10 = 50 Nm + 45°; 4 - Washer; 5 - Hinge element; 6 - Coupling with spikes, chamfer (cut) "arrow" to the splines of the cardan shaft; 7 - Retaining ring, replace, install in the groove located in the shaft; 8 - O-ring, replace; 9 - Cover, replace; 10 - Hose clamp, for constant velocity joint "Tripod", replace; 11 - Constant velocity joint protective sleeve, check for cracks and damage; 12 - Cardan shaft; 13 - Clamping bracket, replace; 14 - Disc spring; 15 - Thrust ring; 16 - Retaining ring, replace, install in the groove located in the shaft; 17 - Outer joint, complete, replace only as a set, installation: using a plastic hammer, carefully tap onto the shaft until the spring retaining ring stops springing, do not lubricate the threads of the outer joint of the drive shaft; 18 - Oil deflector ring; 19 - Twelve-sided nut, 50 Nm +45°, replace after each removal
