Removal and installation of recirculation system components
1. Disconnect the wire from the "-" terminal of the battery.
2. Disconnect connector 1 with wires from electromagnetic valve 2 of the recirculation system.
3. Disconnect air filter hose 3 from the recirculation system solenoid valve.
4. Unscrew the two mounting bolts 10 and remove the electromagnetic valve.
5. To remove the connecting pipe 9, unscrew the two screws 7 and the bolt 8 that secures it.
6. Replace gaskets 11 regardless of their condition.

7. Install the EGR system components in reverse order.
The tightening torque of the connecting pipe mounting bolts is 10 Nm.
