2. Install the oil cooler (B), paying particular attention to the O-rings (C), as shown in the figure below.
3. Install new mounting screws (A) and tighten them to the specified tightening torque as shown in the figure below.
4. Install the coolant hose on the transmission oil radiator, remove the pipe clamps -MP7-602 (3094)-.
5. Install the battery and battery holder assembly (for more details, see the relevant section in the chapter "Engine electrical equipment").
6. Install the air filter assembly (for more details, see the relevant section in the chapter "Intake and exhaust system").
Note: After disconnecting and then reconnecting the wire connecting the battery terminal to the vehicle ground (body), additional work must be performed with a special scanning device.
Caution: Do not start the engine while checking the coolant level, as the DSG automatic transmission does not yet contain fluid.
7. Check the coolant level and, if necessary, top it up to the required level.
8. Replace the transmission oil filter (for more details, see the relevant section in this chapter).
9. Add transmission oil to the gearbox (for more details, see the relevant section in this chapter).
