Loosen lock "2" by pressing in the direction of "arrow A". Move adjusting device "3" in the direction of "arrow B" and remove it from support bracket "4".
Installation
Important: Before starting installation, check that the position of worm gear "1" and gear sector "2" correspond to each other. Higher thread (marked more brightly) "arrow A" should enter the deeper grooves between the teeth of "arrow B".
Mark the positions "2" and "5" of the mixing handle on the body (temperature) dampers "4" in end positions (the damper is fully open and the damper is fully closed). Move the control device "1" to the "shutter closed" position. Close the mixing valve (temperature) damper. Move handle "4" all the way down. Having installed the adjusting device "1" in the clamps "6", insert it in the direction of the "arrow" towards the body.
The journal of the adjusting device "1" must enter the groove of the handle "4". Press the adjusting device into the clamp "3". Install the flexible shaft into the adjusting device "1". Check the operation of the adjusting device. Mixing (temperature) the damper should have an easy movement and should be able to be moved without jerking up to the end positions (marks "2" and "5").
If the mixing control (temperature) the dampers are not normal
Remove the adjusting device again and repeat the assembly in the manner described above.
If the mixing control (temperature) the flaps are normal
Install the flexible shaft from the adjusting device. Install the left footwell air vent. Install the instrument panel. Install the middle panel.
