Installation
Lock the gear wheels of the adjusting device. To do this, you need to turn the gears so that the "arrow" marks enter each other. In this position, insert the M6 "2" screw into the hole of the lower gear and into the housing.

Move the air distribution flap handle for the front body floor "1" in the downward direction "arrow" (the damper is closed). Move the dashboard air vent flap lever "2" downward "arrow" (the damper is closed). Move the defroster flap handle (defrost heater) "3" so that the defroster flap is fully open. Insert the locked adjusting device "5" into the 3 holes of the housing. Direct the adjusting device into the housing so that the necks of handles "1" and "2" enter the corresponding slides of the adjusting device "5".

Direct the neck of handle "5" into the corresponding hole of adjusting device "5".
Important: When installing, the neck of handle "1" is also visible through the hole in the lower gear wheel.
Snap the adjusting device "5" into place. Remove the screw "4". Check the adjusting device. All dampers must have easy movement and must be able to be moved without jerking up to the end positions.
