Assembly diagram of the hydraulic control unit, brake booster and brake master cylinder
Important: Before you begin installing the brake line, you must install the bracket. During installation or connection, the brake line must not be bent. The brake hoses must be installed in such a way that they do not become twisted. Under no circumstances should the brake hoses come into contact with other parts. The sealing plugs of the connections and openings through which the brake fluid is directed may only be removed immediately prior to installation. All brake line pipe screws are tightened to a torque of 14 Nm. Repair of the BOSCH 8.0 ABS and ESP hydraulic control units is not permitted.
