After unscrewing the locking screws "1" of the connecting pipe, remove the connecting pipe "2" with the coolant temperature regulator "4". After turning the coolant temperature regulator "4" 1/4 turn to the left, disconnect it from the connecting pipe "2".
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of actions. In this case, the following instructions must be observed. Replace the O-ring seal. Clean or smooth the sealing surface for the O-ring. After lubricating the new O-ring "3" with coolant, place it on the connecting pipe "2". After installing the coolant temperature regulator "4" into the connecting pipe "2", turn it 1/4 turn to the right.

Important: The coolant temperature control levers must be positioned almost vertically.
Install the connecting pipe "2" with the coolant temperature regulator "4" into the cylinder block. Tighten locking screws "1" to a torque of 15 Nm. Add coolant.
