Caution: Do not open the air conditioner coolant circuit.


Remove the front bumper. Remove the main headlights. Remove the coolant line clamp screws on the fan shroud and on the radiator. After unscrewing the "arrow" screws, remove the fan shroud with the fan.

Important: To prevent damage to the condenser, refrigerant lines and hoses, ensure that the lines and hoses are not excessively stretched, kinked or bent. The air conditioner condenser must not be left hanging on the refrigerant line alone. Ensure proper hanging or support.

Remove the air conditioner condenser mounting screws. Suspend or support the condenser so it won't be damaged when removing the radiator. Unscrew the radiator support screws to the right and left. Tilt the radiator back slightly and pull it up.

Unscrew the radiator support support screws from the front right and left. Tilt the radiator back slightly and pull it up.

Installation
