Removal and installation the oil pan
Remove the lower engine compartment covers. Drain the engine oil. Remove the oil pan mounting screws. Separate the oil pan; if necessary, release it by tapping it with a rubber hammer.

Remove any remaining seal from the cylinder block and oil pan using a seal remover. Degrease the sealing surfaces of the cylinder block and oil pan.
Installation
Use scissors to cut off the pointed end of the tube at the front mark (hole diameter - approx. 3 mm).

Apply silicone sealant "A" as shown on the clean sealing surface of the oil pan. Thickness of the track sealing agent: 2...4 mm.

Important: Do not allow the sealing agent track thickness to exceed 4 mm, otherwise excess sealing agent will enter the oil pan and may clog the oil pump screen.
Immediately install the oil pan and lightly tighten all screws. Tighten the screws in the sequence shown. Tightening torque: 9 Nm.
Important: After installing the oil pan, allow the sealant to dry for at least 30 minutes before adding engine oil.
The rest of the installation is carried out in the reverse order of actions.
Removal and installation the oil pump
Remove the oil pan. After unscrewing the screw, press the oil pump chain cover "2" out of the clamps in the "arrow" section.

Unscrew screw "2". Fold the oil pump drive chain tensioner "4" in the direction of the "arrow" and remove the oil pump chain drive sprocket from the oil pump. The oil pump chain sprocket remains in the oil pump chain. After unscrewing the screws, remove the oil pump from the cylinder block.
