Electrically adjustable outside rearview mirror

Some vehicles are equipped with electrically adjustable exterior rearview mirrors.
Their position is adjusted using handle 1, located on the decorative cover 3 of the inner door handle.
Handle 2 of the electric drive mode switch can occupy the following positions:
– heated exterior mirrors are turned on and automatically turn off after 20 minutes. Turn the heating back on if necessary;
– on models with electric windows, the right and left mirrors are adjusted simultaneously or
– on models without electric windows, only the left mirror is adjustable;
– only the right mirror is adjustable (non-fixed position).

The interior rearview mirror can be switched to "day" or "night" positions to reduce glare from the headlights of a vehicle behind the driver. If the lever on the mirror housing is facing forward, the "day" mode is engaged. To engage "night" mode, move the lever back (towards you).
