Important: Close open connections on the evaporator. Replace O-rings "2" (11.10 mm; 1.78 mm) and "5" (17.17 mm; 1.78 mm), lubricate with coolant oil and install on the evaporator coolant line. It is necessary that the expansion valve is positioned correctly in the thermal insulation "1".
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of actions. In this case, the following instructions must be observed. Change the desiccant. Fill the coolant circulation system.
Checking the drain relief valve on the compressor
Mode of action: protects the coolant circulation system from excessively high pressures. If the area around the drain relief valve "arrow" is heavily oiled, this means that the system was under too much pressure and coolant was leaking along with the oil.
