The dehydrator must be replaced after any opening of the coolant circulation system.
Removal
Drain the coolant circulation system. Remove the left front bumper cover in the direction of the arrow.
Remove rubber cap "1". Press cap "3" down, remove retaining ring "2" and pull out cap "3". Remove desiccant "5". If difficulties arise, use pliers; however, in doing so, the walls of the tank for liquid "6" must not be damaged.

Installation
O-rings "4" are included with the new dehumidifier supplied as a spare part. Remove the old O-rings "4" from the cap "3". Lubricate the new O-rings with coolant oil and install them on the cap "3". Insert the dehydrator "5" into the coolant reservoir until it stops. The upper part is sprung. Push cap "3" all the way in and secure it with retaining ring "2". Put on rubber cover "1". Install the left front bumper cover. Fill the coolant circulation system.
