Important: The shape of the coolant line varies depending on the engine. But the attachment to the compressor is the same for all versions. Close the coolant line and compressor fittings. Change the desiccant.
Belt protection when the compressor is locked
The compressor operates thanks to the clutch "1" and "2" in the belt drive all the time, regardless of whether the air conditioner is on or not. If the compressor is blocked, the rubber elements "2" are cut off or the drive disk "1" is deformed (depending on the temperature). The compressor pulley may still rotate, but the compressor shaft is stopped. The compressor needs to be replaced.

Removal the coolant line from the expansion valve and installing

Important: Close the coolant line and expansion valve fittings. Change the desiccant.
Condensate drain valve control
Inspection should be carried out if the base of the body under the air conditioner becomes wet while the air conditioner is running. Having opened the perforated place of the protective flap "1" on the lower section of the heat-protective insulation "1", tilt the cap upwards.

To ensure proper operation of the condensate drain valve, the following must be checked. Condensate drain valve "5" must not be stuck. Working edge "3" of the seal in the transverse wall (mounting plate) it should fit snugly along the entire perimeter of the groove in holder "2" of the "arrow." A condensate drain valve is located in holder "2" and on the air conditioner. The thermal insulation on the condensate drain valve section must not be deformed or damaged.

Important: When closed, the protective flap "1" must be aligned with the thermal insulation "4." If the protective flap "1" is pressed too far inward, the protective flap of the condensate drain valve "5" may become jammed.
