Remove the front section of the exhaust pipe with the particulate filter. Disconnect the G70 air flow meter connector. Remove the air intake hose from the turbocharger and air filter connection. Remove the connecting pipe. Remove the vacuum line leading to the vacuum regulator. Disconnect the oil supply line from the turbocharger. After disconnecting the line for the temperature sensor in front of the turbocharger "G235", unhook it. Disconnect the charge air hose from the turbocharger. Remove the EGR cooler. Remove screws "2" and hollow screw "3.".

Remove the heat shield on the left of the exhaust manifold "arrows". Unscrew the nuts "arrows" and remove the exhaust manifold together with the turbocharger downward.

Installation



Important: Replace seals, O-rings and self-locking nuts. Fill the turbocharger with engine oil through the connecting pipe of the supply oil line. Before installing the hose connections and the boost air hoses themselves, ensure that they are free of oil and grease. All hose connections must be secured with appropriate hose clamps.

When installing the push-fit air duct, ensure that the "arrow" retaining clamp is locked into position behind the retaining tabs "A".

Important: After installing the turbocharger, let the engine run for approx. 1 minute at idle speed, rather than immediately increasing the speed, to ensure that the turbocharger is lubricated with oil.
