1 - Intake gas pipeline; 2 - Inlet manifold, with mechanical EGR valve; 3 - Intake manifold flap motor "V157"; 4 - From the charge air cooler; 5 - Seal, replace; 6 - 25 Nm; 7 - Seal, observe the assembly position; 8 - Washer; 9 - 25 Nm, replace, lubricate studs with paste "G 052 112 A3"; 10 - From the air filter; 11 - Protective sheet; 12 - To the charge air cooler; 13 - Turbocharger support to engine cylinder block; 14 - 40 Nm; 15 - 25 Nm; 16 - Connecting pipe - 40 Nm; 17 - O-ring, replace; 18 - 17 Nm; 19 - Oil drain line, to engine block, tighten union nut to 35 Nm; 20 - Seal for oil drain line, replace; 21 - Turbocharger, can only be replaced as a set together with the exhaust manifold, the regulating valve and the high-pressure reservoir for the boost pressure regulating valve are integral parts of the turbocharger and cannot be replaced separately, before connecting the turbocharger oil supply line to the connecting pipe, fill with engine oil, after installing the turbocharger, let the engine run for approx. 1 minute at idle speed to allow oil to reach the turbocharger; 22 - Seal, replace; 23 - Front section of exhaust manifold with catalytic converter; 24 - 10 Nm; 25 - Lubrication supply line, union nut should be tightened to 22 Nm; 26 - Holder; 27 - Connecting pipe - 30 Nm; 28 - Washer

1 - 10 Nm; 2 - Holder; 3 - Heat-protective casing; 4 - Lubricant supply line, to the connecting pipe of the lubrication supply line to the turbocharger, before proceeding with extraction, the capacity of the lubrication supply line should be checked, before proceeding with installation, the turbocharger should be filled with engine oil through the connecting pipe of the lubrication supply line; 5 - Vacuum regulator, boost pressure control, integral part of the turbocharger, cannot be replaced separately; 6 - Intake hose; 7 - Seal, replace, observe the assembly position; 8 - To the particulate filter; 9 - Clamp - 7 Nm, for turbocharger and particulate filter; 10 - Turbocharger with exhaust manifold, can be replaced as one part only; 11 - 25 Nm, replace; 12 - 25 Nm; 13 - Seal, replace; 14 - Connecting pipe, exhaust gas recirculation system; 15 - 25 Nm, replace; 16 - 15 Nm; 17 - O-ring seal, replace; 18 - Hollow screw - 60 Nm; 19 - Support, for turbocharger, with oil drain line; 20 - Temperature sensor before turbocharger "G235" - 45 Nm, before installation, lubricate the threads with paste for connections subject to thermal stress "G 052 112 A3"; 21 - Heat-protective casing; 22 - Connecting pipe, for air intake hose between air filter and turbocharger; 23 - 9 Nm; 24 -10 Nm
