Five-speed gearbox 02R



Remove the lower engine and gearbox cover. Unscrew the threaded plug of the transmission oil level control hole "arrow".

If the gearbox is filled with the correct amount of oil, the oil level will reach the lower edge of the oil filler hole. Unscrew the threaded oil filler plug "arrow", 30 Nm. In case of refilling, observe the following instructions. Unscrew the threaded plug "arrow" of the oil filler hole. Pour transmission oil up to the lower edge of the oil filler hole. Screw in the threaded plug "arrow". Start the engine, engage gear and crank the gearbox for approx. 2 minutes. After stopping the engine, unscrew the threaded plug "arrow" and add transmission oil up to the lower edge of the oil filler hole. Unscrew the threaded oil filler plug "arrow", 30 Nm. Install the lower engine and transmission cover. The oil level is correct when the gearbox is filled up to the lower edge of the transmission oil filler and level control hole. Screw in the threaded plug of the hole for filling and checking the level of transmission oil "arrow", 30 Nm.



Five-speed gearbox 02T



Unscrew the threaded plug of the filling and oil level inspection hole "arrow". The oil level is correct when the gearbox is filled up to the lower edge of the filling and inspection hole. Screw in the threaded plug of the filling and level inspection hole "arrow". Tightening torque: 32 Nm - aluminum gearbox, 24 Nm - magnesium gearbox.

When adding oil, please follow these instructions. Unscrew the threaded plug "arrow" of the hole for filling and checking the transmission oil level. Pour transmission oil up to the lower edge of the transmission oil filler and level check hole. Screw in the threaded plug "arrow". Start the engine, engage gear and crank the gearbox for about 10 seconds. After 2 minutes, stop the engine, unscrew the plug "arrow" and add transmission oil up to the lower edge of the filling and level inspection hole.
