At every technical inspection



Check that the expiration date of the first aid kit has not expired.

Every 2 years



Changing brake fluid.

Every 4 years



Cleaning the filter element and replacing the air filter (or 60,000 km). Replacing glow plugs (or 60,000 km). Replace tire repair kit refill (if it is included in the equipment) - check the expiration date.

Every 5 years



Replacing the spare power supply for the siren of the anti-theft alarm device.

Every 120,000 km



Timing Belt: Replacement (three-cylinder diesel engines) release before MY 2006, incl. Timing belt of the camshaft: replacement (four-cylinder diesel engines without DPF).

Every 150,000 km



Timing Belt: Replacement (three-cylinder diesel engines) released since MY 2007. Timing belt of the camshaft: replacement (four-cylinder diesel engines with DPF)

Upon reaching 150,000 km, then every 30,000 km



Diesel Engine Particulate Filter Control.

Every 240,000 km



Replacing the camshaft belt tension roller (four-cylinder diesel engines and three-cylinder diesel engines produced before MY 2006, incl.)

Replacing the camshaft belt tension roller (four-cylinder diesel engines with DPF and three-cylinder diesel engines produced from MY 2007 onwards).

Description of work operations for each maintenance



Count the fault memory of all systems.

Resetting the service interval indicator.

Carrying out a visual inspection of the external damage to the Airbag module.

Checking the operation of all switches, all electrical consumers, indicators, indicating devices and controls.

Checking the operation of the lock cylinder.

Lubricating the engine hood locking mechanism



Checking the operation of the sunroof and lubricating the guide strips.

Check the engine and parts in the undercarriage for leaks and damage.

Battery: control.

Checking and recording the frost resistance of the coolant°C, the tightness of the cooling system and, if necessary, topping up the coolant.

Brake fluid quantity: check the level and top up if necessary.

Windscreen wipers: checking the operation and condition of the windscreen wiper blades.

Windscreen washers: control of operation, adjustment and topping up of fluid if necessary.

Check the waterproof casing for contamination and clean it if necessary.

Dust and pollen (or to absorb odors) cabin filter: replacement.

Headlights: check the adjusted position, adjust if necessary.

Engine oil: drain. Replace the oil filter. Pour in new oil.

Check the brake system for leaks and damage.

Checking the thickness of brake linings on all wheels.

Check the gearbox, main gear, drive shafts and covers for leaks and damage.



Axle ball joints: check protective covers for leaks and damage.

Steering linkage ends: checking clearance and fastening of sealing boots (bellows).

Transmission oil: check the level, top up if necessary(manual transmission).

Checking the integrity of the anti-corrosion protective coating of the underbody and the paintwork of the body.

Check the exhaust system for leaks, damage and fastening.

Checking the internal air pressure in the tires and, if necessary, pumping them up (incl. spare tire).

Monitoring tire wear patterns (incl. spare tire).

Fuel filter: replacement (vehicles with a diesel engine when operated with diesel fuel that does not comply with DIN EN 590).

Checking the toothed drive belt on four-cylinder petrol engines - at 90,000 km, and then every 30,000 km thereafter (1.4/63 kW engine only).

Alternator belt.

Cleaning the housing and replacing the air filter element - every 60,000 km or 4 years.

Fuel filter: replacement (diesel engines when operated with fuel that complies with DIN EN 590) - every 60,000 km.

Spark plugs: replacement - every 60,000 km or 4 years.

Automatic transmission: Check the ATF fluid level and top up if necessary - every 60,000 km.

After each inspection



After filling out the "Next Service Inspection" sticker, stick it on the side of the instrument panel (on the driver's side).

Test run, including testing of the service and parking brake systems, gearshift mechanism and steering mechanism, final inspection.

After completing the "Service Maintenance Hanging Tag", hang it on the inside rearview mirror.
