For engines with the letter designation BBM 1 - Cylinder block with cover; 2 - Cylinder block; 3 - Crankshaft gear, for driving the balancer (balancing) shaft; 4 - Balance gear (balancing) shaft, do not remove; 5 - Oil pump chain tensioner; 6 - Oil pump; 7 - Guide bar; 8 - The sprocket of the chain drive on the crankshaft for driving the camshaft, on the crankshaft it is locked with a spring stopper; 9 - The chain drive sprocket on the crankshaft for driving the oil pump is not locked on the crankshaft; 10 - Oil pump chain; 11 - Oil pump chain sprocket; 12 - Oil pan; 13 - 9 Nm; 14 - Lid; 15 - 20 Nm + turn an additional 90° (1/4 turn); 16 - O-ring; 17 - Bushing, install on a cleaned crankshaft, install only after the timing gear cover is put on, otherwise there is a risk of damage to the sealing ring; 18 - Sealing ring, for the crankshaft on the pulley side, do not lubricate the working edge of the sealing ring with either grease or oil, before installing, remove any remaining grease on the bushing with a clean cloth; 19 - Crankshaft pulley; 20 - 90 Nm + turn an additional 90° (1/4 turn); 21 - 25 Nm; 22 - 45 Nm; 23 - 10 Nm, if there is no blue sealant in the threads of the M6 screws, replace the screw with a new one with sealant; 24 - To the intake manifold; 25 - Vacuum control valve (pCV valve); 26 - O-ring; 27 - Timing gear cover; 28 - Oil separator, clamped by clamps in the timing gear housing; 29 - 20 Nm + turn an additional 90° (1/4 turn); 30 - Camshaft drive chain; 31 - The camshaft chain sprocket is not locked onto the camshaft, but only pushed on; 32 - Bolt, 18 Nm; 33 - Tension bar; 34 - Hydraulic tensioner for the camshaft drive chain
