Removal and installation the front door

Remove the pass-through corrugated cover "1" from the pillar A. Disconnect the plug connector "2". Remove the screws "6" from the hinges (hangings) "5". Remove the screw "4" from the door travel limiter "3". Unhook the door from the hinges (hangings) upward.
Installation
Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of actions. Before connecting the battery, turn on the ignition.
Caution: No one should be inside the vehicle while the battery is being connected.

Adjusting the door position
To ensure precise adjustment of the door position, it is necessary to loosen the hinges (hangings) on both the rack and the door. Other methods of regulation, such as bending it upwards, are completely ineffective, as the door will subsequently fall down again. Loosen the screws so that the door can be moved. The door should be adjusted so that when closed there is a uniform gap between the door and the door opening (frame) throughout.
Removal and installation the door assembly bracket

With electric window lift
Remove the front door molding. Use lever action to remove the blind cover. Lower the glass so that the screw of the terminal connection is located in the hole in the unit bracket. Loosen the terminal connection screw. Having pushed the glass to the upper position, fix it, for example. with adhesive tape. Disconnect the window lift motor connectors. Remove the window lift motor. Remove the unit bracket mounting screws "1" (10 Nm). Remove the starter mounting screws "2" (10 Nm). Rotate the unit bracket "3" and remove it. Remove the starter. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of actions.
With mechanical window control
Remove the door molding. Remove the blind caps. Lower the glass so that the screw of the terminal connection is located in the hole in the unit bracket. Loosen the terminal connection screw. After pulling the glass to the upper position, fix it, for example. with adhesive tape. Remove the starter mounting screws "1" (10 Nm). Remove the unit bracket mounting screws "2" (10 Nm). The unit bracket with the starter should be removed. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of actions.
Mechanical door locking

Starter mounting screws "1". Door mechanical lock safety button "2". Unit bracket mounting screws "3". Unit bracket "4".
Removal and installation door window glass

Remove the door molding. Remove the unit bracket. Remove the inner glass sealing profile from the glass cutout. Remove the blind covers - 2-. Loosen the terminal connection screws (10 Nm) "1". Remove the glass from the door. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of actions.
Removal and installation the window lift motor

Remove the front door molding. Disconnect plug connector "2". Remove the support screws. Remove the window lift motor "3" from the door unit bracket.
Important: Do not allow the reel with the cable wound on it to fall out!
Installation
Install the window lift motor "3" onto the flange. Tighten the support screws "1" (3 Nm). Connect the plug connectors "2". Install the front door molding. Turn the ignition on and off. Turn the ignition on again. Raise the window all the way up and hold the power window switch for approximately 3 seconds. This will reset the window to its original position and simultaneously activate the automatic power window mode.
Removal and installation the lock cylinder housing

Using a lever motion, remove the caps "1" with the tool. Pull the door handle out a little and hold it. Loosen screw (3 Nm) "3" by approx. 3 turns.
Important: If the screw is unscrewed too much, the retainer may come loose from the mounting clamp and fall into the door cavity.
Loosen the locking bolt (item 9). This will release the door lock cylinder housing. Pull out the door lock cylinder housing with cap "2" perpendicular to the door from the door mounting clamp.

Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of actions.
Removal and installation the door handle

Remove the door lock cylinder housing. Release the clamp "1" from the door handle. Stick out the door handle.

- 2 - Cable tightening
- 3 - Mounting clamp
The door handle, door lock cylinder housing and unit bracket have been removed. Remove the screw (pos. 4), move the mounting clamp partially back and remove it from the door. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of actions.

- 8 - Washer
- 9 - 2.8 Nm. Loosening this screw will release the door lock cylinder housing retainer (item 7) and allow the door lock cylinder housing to be removed from the mounting clamp (item 3). Do not screw in without the door lock cylinder housing in place. Otherwise, the latch may fall into the door cavity
- 10 - 2.8 Nm. By loosening this screw, the door lock cylinder housing (pos. 7) is released and the door lock cylinder housing can be removed from the mounting clamp (pos. 3)

Installation
Install the door handle into the door. Having hooked the device pos. "1" into the spring secured to the door lock "arrow A" and hang the spring in the lock control lever "arrow B". Pull the clamp "1" into the cutout in the steel sheet so that it snaps into the door handle "2".
Important: During installation, door handle "2" must be pressed against the steel door sheet.

Install the door lock cylinder housing.
Removal and installation the door lock

Remove the door molding. Remove the unit bracket. Remove the lock mounting screws. Remove control cable tightening "1". Turn the cable tightening nipple 90° and remove it from the loop. Disconnect the mechanical door latch rod (depending on the vehicle's equipment). Remove the lock.

Installation
Remove control rod "1" in the direction of the arrow. Using a screwdriver, tighten spring "2" attached to the door lock in the direction of the arrow and hang the lock lever on the spring.
Important: Suspending the control lever will cause the lock to lock. This prevents subsequent "erroneous" engagement (hanging) bowden cable.
Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of actions.
Front door seal assembly diagram
1 - Outer seal and guide strip (sealant) glass; 2 - External protective sealing profile of glass (cavity of the lower part of the door); 3 - Front door; 4 - Internal protective sealing profile of glass (cavity of the lower part of the door); 5 - Front door window glass; 6 - Inner seal. The connection should be at a distance of approx. 300 mm from threshold "A". During installation, apply the seal gradually in one direction.
Central locking system
The actuator motors of the central control system for the front and rear door locks are integral parts of the door locks, so it is not possible to replace them independently. After replacing the door lock with the electric motor of the central locking system, it is necessary to interrogate the fault memory and reset its contents.
