Removal and installation the rear door

Remove the pass-through corrugated cover "6" from the B-pillar. Remove the lower panel (upholstery) of the B-pillar. Disconnect the plug connector "2". Remove the screw "3" from the door travel limiter "1". Remove the screw "5" from the hinges (hinges) "4". Unhook the door from the hinges (hinges) upward.
Installation
Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of actions. Before connecting the battery, turn on the ignition.
Adjusting the door position
To ensure precise adjustment of the door position, it is necessary to loosen the hinges (hangings) on both the rack and the door. Other methods of regulation, such as bending it upwards, are completely ineffective, as the door will subsequently fall down again. Loosen the screws enough to allow the door to move. The door should be adjusted so that when closed there is a uniform gap between the door and the door opening (frame) throughout.
Removal and installation the door assembly bracket

Window regulator mounting screw (10 Nm) "1". Unit bracket mounting screw (10 Nm) "2". Unit bracket "3".
For vehicles with electric windows
Remove the front door molding. Remove the blind cover. Lower the door window glass to such an extent as to provide access to the locking pin "2" and the expansion pin - 3 - in the hole in the unit bracket. Install the M5 screw (length approx. 70 mm) into the locking pin "2" and pull it out of the expansion pin "3". Install the M8 screw (length approx. 80 mm) into the expansion pin "3".

Important: When installing the screw into the expansion pin, do not apply too much force, otherwise it may fall into the door cavity.
Remove the expansion pin from the window regulator guide and thus from the door window glass. After pulling the glass to the upper position, fix it with adhesive tape. Disconnect the plug connectors "2" of the window lift motor. Remove the window lift motor "3".

Important: Do not allow the reel with the cable wound on it to fall out!
Remove the unit bracket mounting screws. Turn the bracket and remove it. Remove the window lift motor screws. Remove the starter.
For vehicles with manual windows
Remove the door molding. Remove the blind cover. Lower the door window glass to such an extent that the locking pin "2" and the expansion pin "3" in the hole of the unit bracket are accessible. Screw in the M5 screw (length approx. 70 mm) into the locking pin "2" and pull it out of the expansion pin "3". Screw in the M8 screw (length approx. 80 mm) into the expansion pin "3".
Important: When screwing the screw into the expansion pin, do not apply too much force, otherwise it may fall into the door cavity.
Remove the expansion pin from the window regulator guide and thus from the door window glass. After pulling the glass to the upper position, fix it with adhesive tape. Remove the starter mounting screws (10 Nm). Remove the unit bracket mounting screws. Remove the starter.
Installation
Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of actions, and the following must be observed.
Important: When fixing the glass in the window regulator, it is necessary to observe the position for assembling the expansion "3" and locking 4 pins.
Window regulator "1". Glass "2". Expanding pin "3". Locking pin "4". a = 0.75 + 0.2 mm "a".

Removal and installation door window glass
Remove the door molding. Remove the door assembly bracket. Carefully lower the glass to the down position. Remove the outer and inner protective sealing profiles of the door glass. Remove the inner guide bar (sealant) glass from the door frame. Remove the glass carefully in an upward direction.
Installation
Press in the guide bar (sealant) into the door frame. Insert the glass into the frame from above. Insert the glass into the slots of the guide bar (sealant) and fix it in the upper position with adhesive tape. Install external and internal protective sealing profiles for the door glass. Install the door assembly bracket.
Removal and installation the window lift motor

Remove the rear door molding. Disconnect the plug connectors "2". Remove the support screws. Remove the window lift motor "3" from the door unit bracket. -
Important: Do not allow the reel with the cable wound on it to fall out!
Installation
Install the window lift motor "3" onto the flange. Tighten the support screws "1" (3 Nm). Connect the plug connectors "2". Install the rear door molding. Turn the ignition on and off. Turn the ignition on again. Raise the window all the way up and hold the power window switch for approximately 3 seconds. This will reset the window to its original position and simultaneously activate the automatic power window mode.
