Important: The rubber-metal support can only be replaced with the rear suspension lowered. Before you start work, you should know the size "a".
After removing the wheels, lift the car. Disconnect the parking brake cables from the "arrow" holders. Release clamp "2" from the brake line holder(right side). On the left side, you need to remove the brake line holder from the body.

Disconnect the brake line from the holders. Do not disconnect the brake line.
Cars with an AVB device
Release the ABS speed sensor wires from the clamps on the axle suspension (on the right side - also from the body).

Vehicles with load-sensing brake force regulator (brake drive mode valve) (without ABS device)
Unscrew the screw.

Remove the coil springs.
Caution: Before you begin removing the rear suspension (axle), you must support the vehicle on both sides to the lift console. If the vehicle is not secured, there is a risk of it slipping off the cantilever beam of the removal and installation device.

After removing the plugs from the longitudinal beam, tighten the fastening clamp. Tie the vehicle to the lift console on both sides. Loosen the front fastening of the rear wheel arch liner (wing).

Insert wooden board "A" into the tip. Support the rear axle with a tool for removing and installing the engine and gearbox with a tip.

Important: To continue the removal, a second mechanic must be involved.
Fix the rear axle to the tip, for example. using a fastening clamp. Unscrew screws "1" of the bridge housing support brackets. Lower the axle suspension downwards from the axle housing support brackets.

Important: When lowering the rear suspension, ensure that the brake lines, parking brake system wires and ABS speed sensor wires are not subjected to tensile load. The rear suspension should be lowered only enough to provide free access to the rubber-metal support.
Having installed the special device according to the drawing, remove the rubber-metal support.

Important: When removing the rubber mount, it is necessary for a second mechanic to support the rear suspension.
Installation
On the inside of the rubber-metal support there is a marking. This mark should correspond to the "arrow" edge of the longitudinal beam "2". Mark the position of mark "1" on the rubber-metal support. Install a special device with a rubber-metal support according to the drawing.

Install the rubber-metal support "2" by turning the screw. After installation, check the assembly position. If the marks do not correspond to the edge of the longitudinal beam, then it is necessary to repeat the extraction and installation. Before installing the rear suspension, lubricate the kidney-shaped cavities of the rubber-metal support with assembly paste -G 052150 A2-. Insert the axle beam with the rubber-metal support into the support brackets.

Important: The bolts of the rear suspension and axle housing support brackets must not be installed in the profile of the inner part of the "arrow" of the rubber-metal support. Otherwise, the rear suspension would be installed at an angle and the support would become unusable. In this case, it is necessary to replace the support. For clarity, the support is shown on the removed rear suspension.
When tightening the bolt and nut securing the shock absorber to the bridge beam, it is necessary to maintain dimension "a" (vehicle in unladen position - vehicle curb weight).

After installing new screws -1 into the axle housing support brackets from the outside of the vehicle, screw on new nuts without tightening them yet. Install coil springs. Tighten the rear suspension bolts to the axle housing support brackets to the specified torque - the vehicle must be in an unloaded position (curb weight of the vehicle). At the front, you should grab the wheel arch liners of the rear wheel fender.

Having hooked the brake line into the holders, install a new clamp "2" to lock the brake line (right side). On the left side, the brake line holder should be installed on the body.
Cars with ABS
Secure the ABS speed sensor wires to the clamps on the axle suspension (on the right side - also on the body).

Vehicles with load-sensing brake force regulator (brake drive mode valve) (without ABS device)
Install screw "1" and then check and adjust the brake force regulator accordingly depending on the load (brake drive clamping valve).

Continued for all vehicles
Attach the parking brake cables to the "arrow" holders. Tighten the cables after installing the wheels.
