Assembly diagram of the rear suspension with disc brake mechanism
Important: Welding and straightening work on the axle beam and axle stub (journal) is not permitted. Self-locking bolts and nuts must always be replaced. Rusty bolts or nuts should always be replaced. Screws on chassis parts with rubber-metal bearings must always be tightened in the unloaded position (curb weight of the vehicle). The pipe screws on the brake lines must always be tightened to a torque of 14 Nm.
1 - Disc wheel brake caliper; 2 - Wheel mounting bolt, 120 Nm; 3 - Screw, 4 Nm; 4 - Brake disc; 5 - Cap, replace after each removal; 6 - Twelve-sided nut, self-locking, 70 Nm +30°, replace after each removal; 7 - Wheel hub with wheel hub bearing, for vehicles with ABS the sensor disk of the pulse sensor (pulse ring) built into the wheel hub, the wheel hub and wheel hub bearing form one single part; it does not require maintenance, cannot be adjusted or repaired, touch disc (pulse ring) ABS devices cannot be changed independently; 8 - Screw, 30 Nm + 90e, replace after each removal; 9 - Protective sheet; 10 - Parking brake cable holder, replace after each removal; 11 - Parking brake system drive cable; 12 - Parking brake cable holder; 13 - Rubber-metal support; 14 - Bridge beam, welded, remove varnish and dirt from the mating surface and the wheel journal (axle) holes; 15 - axle stub (journal); 16 - Screw, 30 Nm +30°; 17 - Brake line with fittings, hollow screw and seal, do not disassemble, replace only as a whole, as a set, tightening torque of the hollow screw: 35 Nm, do not remove when replacing friction linings (segments); 18 - Self-locking nut, replace the relay of each extraction; 19 - Screw, 40 Nm + 90°, replace after each removal, install from the inside of the vehicle, tighten in the unloaded position (curb weight of the vehicle) - the car is not loaded; 20 - ABS speed sensor; 21 - Hexagon socket head cap screw, 8 Nm, for ABS speed sensor; 22 - Lining, bottom, check for damage (visually); 23 - Screw, 45 Nm + 90e, replace after each removal, install on the outside of the vehicle, tighten in the unloaded position (curb weight of the vehicle) - the car is not loaded; 24 - Self-locking nut, replace after each removal; 25 - Rear suspension bearing bracket, attached to the body; 26 - Coil spring, check the paintwork for damage, repair any existing damage, follow the color markings, change on the entire bridge, always install only screws from the same manufacturer on the rear suspension; 27 - Upper support; 28 - Screw, 30 Nm + 90°, replace after each removal; 29 - Shock absorber, can be changed separately, only shock absorbers from the same manufacturer should be installed on the rear suspension
Rear shock absorber assembly position
When pre-assembling shock absorber "1" onto rear suspension "2", maintain assembly angle "a" = 97°. Tighten the screw to the specified tightening torque.
