
Installation
The gear wheels of the actuator motors for regulating positions "1" and "2" should be adjusted to the position shown in the figure. Gears "1" and "2" should be adjusted by applying battery voltage to plug connectors "3" and "4" using wires from the measuring kit to contacts "5" and "6" of the plug connector of the actuator motor to adjust the position; changing the wires from positive to negative changes the direction of rotation.

The heater flap handles "1" for defrosting and "2" for temperature flap should be adjusted to the position shown.
Important: On both handles, note the shorter tooth and thus the larger gaps between the teeth in this location.

The actuator motor holder for position adjustment should be inserted into the "5" mount.

Bring the actuator motor for regulating the position of the defrost heater flap "V107" "2" with handle "1" and the actuator motor for regulating the temperature flap "V68" "4" with handle "3" towards each other, ensure that the gear wheels are correctly positioned towards the handles.
Important: If the gear wheel and handle are not in accordance with the above, the actuator motor for position adjustment will be blocked as soon as the large tooth does not fit into the wide gap between the teeth.

Secure the holder with the actuator motors for position adjustment using clamps "2" and "3". Connect plug connectors "1" and "4".

Check the operation of the actuators to control the position. Apply battery voltage via the auxiliary wire from the measuring kit to contacts "5" and "6" of the plug connector "1" and "4" of the actuator motor for position control, and check the stroke of the actuator motor for position control. Changing the wires from positive to negative will change the direction of rotation. Each position control actuator should be tested separately.

Important: If the handle and gear do not match, the actuator motor for position control will become blocked or the air conditioner unit will run noisily or the flaps will not close properly. If any of the actuators for position control have been changed, then it is necessary to reset them to their original position.
