Removal and installation the windshield wiper arm and adjusting its end position
Flip back the cap. Loosen the "arrow" nut. Lift the wiper arm and release it from the cone using a rocking motion. After unscrewing the nut, remove the windshield wiper arm.
Installation
After turning on the windshield wiper motor, turn it off and leave it to coast to the end position. After putting on the windshield wiper arm, lightly secure it with the nut. Adjust the end position of the windshield wiper according to the figure. The value "a" is 30±2 mm. Tighten the lock nut (12 Nm). Check the operation of the windshield wipers.
Removal and installation the electric motor
Remove the windshield wiper arm. After removing the two plastic rivets, press the motor housing out of the clamping clamps. Disconnect plug connector "1" from the windshield wiper motor. To unlock, slightly turn the safety clip on the hose connection and disconnect hose "2" of the spray nozzle. After unscrewing the arrow screws (7 Nm), remove the windshield wiper motor.
