Important: After replacing the brake pad friction linings, you should press the brake pedal firmly several times with the vehicle stationary to ensure that the friction linings are in their working position. Brake line union nuts should always be tightened to 14 Nm. Before removing the disc brake caliper or disconnecting the brake line from the brake caliper, lock the brake pedal with a tool (spacer bar) to hold the brake pedal. Brake fluid that has already been used cannot be reused. Tightening torque of wheel mounting bolts: 120 Nm.

1 - 4 Nm; 2 - Brake disc, thickness: 9 mm, wear limit: 7 mm; 3 - Cap, replace after each removal; 4 - Twelve-sided nut, self-locking, 70 Nm + 30°, replace after each removal; 5 - Wheel hub with wheel hub bearing, replace only as a set; 6 - 30 Nm + 90°, replace after each extraction; 7 - Protective sheet; 8 - axle stub (journal); 9 - ABS speed sensor; 10 - Hexagon socket head cap screw, 8 Nm, for ABS speed sensor; 11 - Bridge beam, welded; 12 - Parking brake system drive cable; 13 - Hexagon socket head cap screw, 30 Nm + 30°; 14 - Brake line with fittings, hollow screw and seal, do not disassemble, replace only as a whole, complete set, tightening torque of hollow screw: 38 Nm; 15 - Self-locking screw, 35 Nm, replace after each extraction; 16 - Disc wheel brake support; 17 - Friction linings (segments), thickness: 16.9 mm (incl. support plate), wear limit: 2.0 mm without backing plate; 18 - Friction lining retaining spring; 19 - Caliper support with guide pins and protective cuffs




Removal



Install the brake pedal holding device. Unscrew the brake line from the disc brake caliper.

Installation



Screw the brake line onto the disc brake caliper. Remove the brake pedal holding device. Bleed the brake system. After repair or replacement, you must first adjust the parking brake system.
