Rusty bolts or nuts should always be replaced. Screws on chassis parts with rubber-metal bearings must always be tightened in the unloaded position (curb weight of the vehicle) - the car is not loaded.
1 - Suspension mounting beam (bracket for mounted units); 2 - Nut, 40 Nm; 3 - Stabilizer. To remove and install, it is necessary to lower the suspension mounting beam.; 4 - Rubber cushion; 5 - Clamp; 6 - Nut, 40 Nm; 7 - Connecting rod; 8 - Support; 9 - Screw, 20 Nm + 90°. Replace after each removal; 10 - Screw, 70 Nm + 90°. Replace after each removal; 11 - Rubber-metal support; 12 - Lower arm of the front suspension. The rubber-metal support "arrow" is an integral part of the lever; 13 - Lock washer. Replace after each removal; 14 - Self-locking nut, 20 Nm + 90°. Replace after each removal; 15 - Ball joint head; 16 - Screw, 20 Nm + 90°. Replace after each removal; 17 - Air duct; 18 - Retaining clamp; 19 - Screw, 20 Nm + 90°. Replace after each removal; 20 - Bracket; 21 - Screw, 50 Nm + 90°. Replace after each removal. Observe the order of installing the screws: first, fasten pos. 22 (by hand), then secure pos. 21, tighten alternately pos. 21 and 22.; 22 - Screw, 70 Nm + 90°. Replace after each removal. Observe the order of installing the screws: first, fasten pos. 22 (by hand), then secure pos. 21, tighten alternately pos. 21 and 22, tighten in the unloaded position (curb weight of the vehicle) - the car is not loaded.; 23 - Screw, 30 Nm + 90°. Replace after each removal. Place the bolts into the slots of the rocker support so that there is maximum distance between the gearbox and the axle suspension mounting beam.; 24 - Fitting bolt, 40 Nm + 90°. Replace after each removal.; 25 - Swing support. Do not disassemble. Place the bolts into the slots of the rocker support so that there is maximum distance between the gearbox and the axle suspension mounting beam.; 26 - Protective cap for the cardan shaft; 27 - Screw, 35 Nm
