1-15 Nm; 2 - The flange sealing gasket, with the sealing ring, must be installed on the centering bushings, install with silicone sealing agent -D 176 600 A1, do not lubricate the working edge of the sealing ring with either oil or grease, before proceeding with installation, remove any remaining oil from the crankshaft journal with a clean cloth; 3 - cylinder block; 4 - Seal, replace; 5 - Oil filter holder; 6 -15 Nm + turn an additional 1/4 turn (90°), replace, first put the bolt on the top left and bottom right and finally tighten all four bolts crosswise; 7 - Oil level indicator, the oil level must not exceed the maximum mark; 8 - Remove the inlet pipe to drain the oil; 9 - 5 Nm; 10 - Guide pipe; 11 - 10 Nm; 12 - O-ring, replace, check for tight fit, lightly lubricate with oil for assembly; 13 - Cover, with sealing tape, dirty mesh should be cleaned; 14 - 20 Nm; 15 - Oil pump, with 11.5 bar (1.15 MPa) safety valve, before proceeding with installation, check that both centering bushings are available for centering; 16 - Centering sleeve; 17 - 25 Nm, install without sealant; 18 - Mounting frame, before proceeding with installation, you should check the presence of the centering sleeve in the cylinder block, and that the O-ring is inserted into the mounting frame; 19 - Oil jet, for cooling the piston, observe the position for assembly: turn the oil jet counterclockwise until it stops on the cylinder block, tighten it in this position; 20 - O-ring seal, replace; 21 - Oil pan, before installation, clean the sealing surface, install with silicone sealant -D 176 600 A1, to remove the oil pan, turn the crankshaft slightly, observing the flywheel, until it turns so that the recess is directed downwards; 22 - Holder, lower pipe for supercharged air; 23-15 Nm, it is necessary to turn the crankshaft a little, observing the flywheel, until it turns so that it is directed with the notch downwards, so that the rear screws directed towards the gearbox can be removed; 24 - O-ring, replace together with screw; 25 - Oil drain plug, 30 Nm, replace; 26 - Chain sprocket, oil pump, installation is possible in only one position; 27 - 20 Nm + turn an additional 1/4 turn (90°), replace; 28 - Chain, maintain correct position for assembly; 29 - Sprocket of chain transmission, balance shaft, installation is possible in only one single position; 30 - 100 Nm + turn an additional 1/4 turn (90°), replace, additional turning can be done in several steps; 31 - Balancing weights, installation possible in only one position; 32 - 20 Nm; 33 - Chain drive guide roller sprocket; 34 - 8 Nm + turn an additional 1/4 turn (90°), replace; 35 - Chain tensioner with tension bar, to remove it should be locked using -T10060A-; 36 - O-ring seal, replace; 37 - Oil level and temperature sensor "G266"
