2. Drain the coolant (see subsection 5.13).
3. By pressing the tabs of the latches, disconnect the blocks 1 and 2 with wires from the fan switch-on sensor and the fan motor, as well as from the additional fan motor (see fig. Connecting blocks of the sensor of inclusion of the fan and the electric motor of the fan).
4. After removing the spring clip 4, disconnect the outlet (lower) hose with a tip 3 from the radiator pipe. Disconnect the supply hose from the radiator in the same way.
Attention! Do not open the hydraulic system of the air conditioner, i.e. do not disconnect the hoses from the condenser.
5. Remove the frame of the engine compartment (see subsection 11.1), fixing the radiator with the condenser on the body. Make sure the condenser hoses are not kinked too much.
Attention! Never leave a radiator with a condenser hanging on the hoses.
6. Unscrew four bolts 2 fastening the condenser 3 to the radiator 1.
7. Remove the radiator 1 from the car (see fig. Radiator of the cooling system) complete with fan.
8. If necessary, unscrew screws 8 and remove casing 7 from radiator 1.
9. Replace torn or loose O-rings.
10. Install the radiator in reverse order. At the same time, note that the upper radiator supports are white, and the lower ones are black.
11. Fill with coolant after installation.
