Important: When repairing, install the complete set. New disc brake calipers are filled with brake fluid and have been de-aerated. Lightly lubricate the wheel brake cylinder, piston and sealing ring with lithium-containing grease "G 052 150 A2".

1 - Disc wheel brake caliper; 2 - Rubber cap; 3 - Vent screw plug, 10 Nm, lightly lubricate the threads with lithium grease before tightening; 4 - Lubricate the upper spacer sleeve with lithium-containing grease before installing it; 5 - The upper bushing is notched on one side; before putting it on, lubricate it with lithium-containing grease; 6 - Before putting the rubber bushing on, lubricate it with lithium-containing grease; 7 - Before installing the lower rubber bushing, lubricate it with lithium-containing grease; 8 - The lower bushing is notched on one side; before putting it on, lubricate it with lithium-containing grease; 9 - Before installing the lower spacer sleeve, lubricate it with lithium-containing grease; 10 - Sealing ring; 11 - Piston; 12 - Corrugated cover (cuff)
