Important: When removing the sealing ring, be careful not to damage the cylinder surface.
Remove the sealing ring using a plastic wedge.

Installation
After cleaning the piston and sealing ring with alcohol, dry them. Before installing the disc brake caliper, lightly lubricate the piston and sealing ring with lithium-based grease. Place a new sealing ring into the groove of the disc brake caliper.

Install the cuff with the outer working edge of the seal on the piston.

Install the inner sealing edge of the cuff into the cylinder groove using a plastic wedge. Hold the piston with your hand.

Press the piston into the disc brake caliper using a brake cylinder piston presser.
Important: The outer sealing edge of the cuff will then enter a fixed position in the piston groove.

Important: When repairing, install the complete set. New disc brake calipers are filled with brake fluid and have been de-aerated. Lightly lubricate the wheel brake cylinder, piston and sealing ring with lithium-containing grease.
1 - Rubber cap; 2 - Vent screw plug, 10 Nm, lightly lubricate the threads with lithium grease before tightening; 3 - Screw, 30 Nm, replace after each removal; 4 - Guide pin; 5 - Corrugated boot (cuff), install in the groove of the brake caliper (brake mechanism shield) and guide pins, having previously lubricated the groove with consistent grease; apply the grease included in the repair kit; 6 - Caliper support with guide pins and protective cuffs; 7 - Corrugated cover (cuff); 8 - Piston; 9 - Sealing ring; 10 - Disc wheel brake support

Important: When carrying out repairs, it is essential to install a complete repair kit. New disc brake calipers are filled with brake fluid and have been de-aerated. In case of repair, it is absolutely necessary to first properly bleed the air from the disc brake calipers before installing them in the vehicle (without overlay). Lightly lubricate the wheel brake cylinder, piston and sealing ring with lithium-containing grease.
1 - Self-locking screw, 35 Nm, replace after each removal, hold the guide pins when loosening and tightening; 2 - Rubber cap; 3 - Vent screw plug, 10 Nm, lightly lubricate the threads with lithium grease before tightening; 4 - Before putting on the cuff, lubricate the guide pin with consistent grease; 5 - Corrugated cover (cuff), put on the support of the disc wheel brake mechanism and the guide pin; 6 - Caliper support with guide pins and protective cuffs; 7 - Corrugated cover (cuff); 8 - Piston with automatic adjustment device; 9 - Sealing ring; 10 - Disc wheel brake caliper housing with a lever for the parking brake system drive cable; if there is any leakage on the parking brake system engagement lever, replace the disc wheel brake caliper housing; after replacing the disc wheel brake caliper housing, it is necessary to partially bleed the air.
