Installation



Insert the pedal mechanism. Install the accelerator pedal onto the pedal assembly (3 screws). Screw on the nuts securing the pedal assembly and tighten. The upper pedal mechanism lock nut is not visible in the picture. It is located on the body wall separating the engine compartment from the passenger compartment, above the pedal mechanism. Connect the brake control pedal to the brake booster. Connect the plug connector of the accelerator pedal position sensor "G79". Adjust and install the brake light switch. Remove the lower cover on the driver's side. After installing the cover "2", tighten the plastic nuts "1". Connect the battery. Perform a vehicle system test using a diagnostic tool.
