Unlock the multi-pin plug connector "1". Slide the red lock "2" until it stops in the direction of the arrow.

Fold lever "1" all the way in the direction of the arrow. Disconnect multi-pin connector "2" from the hydraulic device.

Release cable clamp "2". Lift cover "1" of the multi-pin connector from the "arrow" latches on both sides. Remove cover "1" from the bottom of the multi-pin connector.

Contact occupancy of the multi-pin plug connector wire harness - ABS control unit "J104"

| Contact | Wire to the part |
| 6 + 18 | speed sensor, front right "G45" |
| 22 + 34 | speed sensor, front left "G47" |
| 19 + 31 | speed sensor, rear right "G44" |
| 20 + 33 | speed sensor, rear left "G46" |
Open the wiring harness. Press out the contacts using a suitable tool from the wire harness repair tool kit. Raise the car. Remove the wheel. After unlocking the plug connector, disconnect it from the speed sensor. Remove the faulty speed sensor wire.
Installation
Install a new speed sensor wire. Connect the speed sensor wire to the speed sensor. Secure the speed sensor wire to the clamping clips "arrows" and to the holder "1".

Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and right, and check that the speed sensor wire moves freely, without any obstructions.
Important: When installing the speed sensor, ensure that nothing interferes with the sensor wire in the wheel housing.
Install the wheel. Lower the car.

After installing the contact into the housing of the plug connector, push the seals of the individual wires (wires) until they stop using a special tool from the wiring harness repair kit. Secure the contacts by shifting the secondary locking (purple). Hook the projection "arrow A" of cover "1" into the recess "arrow B" of the lower part "2" of the multi-pin plug connector. Close the cover "1" in the "direction of the arrow", which will cause the lower part "2" of the multi-pin plug connector to snap into place.

Install a new wire harness clamp onto the plug connector. Connect the multi-pin plug connector to the ABS control unit "J104" and secure it.
