Important: Always replace the thermal insulation sealing rings and O-rings. Screws that are additionally tightened by the angle of rotation must always be replaced.
1 - 20 Nm + turn 1/4 turn (90°), replace; 2 - Rocker arm support, with rocker arms; 3 - Lock nut, 30 Nm; 4 - Set screw, take into account the different designs when replacing the pump-injector unit and replace if there are signs of wear, lubricate the contact surface with the ball joint of the pump-injector unit with grease -G 000 100-; 5 - Ball joint, take into account different designs; 6 - Pump-injector unit, take into account the different designs, check the wear of the ball joint and replace it if necessary, lubricate the contact surface with the adjusting screw with grease -G 000 100-, valve resistance: the required value is approx. 0.5 Ohm when measured directly on the valve, and 0.8-1.0 Ohm when measured via the eight-pin plug connector on the cylinder head; 7 - O-ring, upper, replace; 8 - O-ring, middle, replace; 9 - O-ring, lower, replace; 10 - Heat-insulating sealing ring, replace; 11 - Retaining ring; 12 - Cylinder head; 13 - Tension cracker; 14 -12 Nm + turn 3/4 turn (270°), replace
