Assembly diagram of the shock absorber strut
Important: The illustration shows the FS-III disc brake wheel bearing cap. Different wheel bearing cap designs do not affect the shock absorber strut installation.
1 - Wheel hub bearing cap; 2 - Nut, 60 Nm + 90°. Replace after each removal; 3 - Screw. Replace after each removal; 4 - Shock absorber. It is possible to change them separately. Replace only as a set; 5 - Rubber buffer; 6 - Protective case; 7 - Coil spring. Follow the color markings. The surface of the spring coils must not be damaged. Change on the whole bridge. On the bridge it is necessary to use coil springs from the same manufacturer; 8 - Thrust ball bearing; 9 - Shock absorber support; 10 - Self-locking nut, 60 Nm. Replace after each removal; 11 - Shock absorber housing; 12 - Screw, 15 Nm + 90°. Replace after each removal. When installing the shock absorber, you should install the screws on the inside of the car first; 13 - Cap. Inserted into the shock absorber housing
