Progress of work
Install the engine on the T10012 engine mount bracket. Installation is performed in reverse order, observing the following instructions.
Important: When installing, replace the self-locking nuts and screws tightened by the rotation angle. Replace O-rings and seals. All wire connections must be secured in their original locations during installation. All hose connections must be secured with appropriate hose clamps.
Check the engine block for the presence of engine/gearbox alignment bushings and, if necessary, install them. Ensure that the intermediate plate is suspended by the flange sealing gasket and is positioned on the centering bushings. If necessary, check the correct centering of the clutch disc. Check the clutch engagement bearing for wear and replace it if necessary. The fine-spline connection on the drive shaft should be lubricated with "G 000100" grease.

When assembling the engine-gearbox unit, care must be taken to ensure that sufficient free space remains in relation to the other parts. After aligning the engine and gearbox assembly so that there is no internal stress, tighten it. When tightening the engine and gearbox mount bolts, the engine and gearbox mount bracket must be fully seated against the mount.
Important: Use new bolts for fastening.
Remove the T10012 engine mount bracket from the engine. Install the clutch release slave cylinder. Install the gear shift drive onto the gearbox and adjust. Having installed the flexible roller counter support (bowden cables) "arrows", install the line "A" for the clutch release drive slave cylinder into the holder on the gearbox.

For cars with air conditioning
Install the air conditioning compressor.
Continued for all vehicles
Install the alternator. Install the fan shroud onto the radiator. Install the poly V-belt. Connect all connecting hoses, coolant hoses, pickup hoses and air intake hoses to the engine. When installing the push-fit air duct, ensure that the "arrow" retaining clamp is locked into position behind the retaining tabs "A".

Install the lower wiring harness bracket onto the transmission. After connecting the electrical connectors, secure the electrical wiring. Install the "arrow" swing support. Use new bolts to secure it. After installing the front part of the exhaust pipe with the exhaust catalytic converter, align it so that it is free of internal stress. Attach the drive shafts to the gearbox.
