Attention! Brake discs must be replaced on both sides of the front suspension at the same time.
1. Remove the caliper without disconnecting the brake hose from it (see subsection 9.8). Suspend the caliper on a wire from the suspension spring, making sure that the brake hose is not under tension, twisted or strongly bent.
2. Remove screw 1 (see fig. Rear wheel disc brake parts) brake disc mounting.
3. Moisten with a liquid like WD 40 the junction of disc 2 with hub 5. Wait a little for the rust to dissolve and remove dirt and rust.
4. Remove the brake disc 2 from the hub 5. If removal is difficult, remove the disc with a rubber or polymer hammer.
5. Thoroughly clean hub 5.
6. Establish a new disk 2 and screw in the screw 1 of its fastening.
7. Before installing the caliper, screw in the piston using a special tool. In the absence of a tool, this can be done, for example, using circlip pliers.
8. Install the wheel. Final tighten the wheel bolts only with the vehicle on the ground.
9. Press the brake pedal several times to bring the pistons into position.
10. Check and, if necessary, add brake fluid to the required level in the reservoir.
