Important: Clutch discs and pressure plates with damaged or loose riveted connections must be replaced. The clutch disc and pressure plate should be selected according to the Electronic Catalog of Original Parts and the engine code. Clean the splines on the drive shaft and especially on the clutch disc if it has already been used. Clean off any rust and lightly lubricate the splines with G 000 100 grease. Then slide the disc back and forth on the shaft, ensuring free movement within the shaft splines. It is absolutely necessary to remove excess grease. The pressure plates are provided with anti-corrosion protection and preserved with consistent grease. For this reason, only the working surface can be cleaned, otherwise the durability of the adhesion will be significantly reduced. Check the engine block for the presence of engine/gearbox alignment bushings and, if necessary, install them. If the alignment bushings are not installed, you will experience difficulties with gear shifting, problems with the clutch, or a noisy gearbox.

1 - Flywheel, ensure that the centering pins are installed correctly, the mating surface for the friction lining (disc) must be free of grooves, oil, or grease; 2 - Clutch disc, assembly position: springs facing the pressure plate, lightly lubricate the fine spline connection for the shaft with grease; 3 - Pressure plate; 4 - 20 Nm, tighten and loosen evenly in a crosswise pattern
