Designations of contacts of connecting blocks
a - CAN-BUS Low;
b - CAN-BUS High;
in - reserve;
G - «15»;
e - «30»;
e - «weight»;
1 - CAN-BUS connector block;
2 - power connector block
1. Check the fuses and check the battery voltage, which should be at least 11.5 V.
2. Remove the front left wheel well cover.
3. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «-» battery.
4. Disconnect the block 2 tires CAN-BUS with wires (see fig. Connection blocks of the pump unit) and power supply 3.
5. Reconnect the wire to the terminal «-» battery and turn on the ignition.
6. Connect a voltmeter to the contacts g (see fig. Designations of contacts of connecting blocks) pads 1 CAN-BUS and «mass» car. The voltage should be approximately equal to the battery voltage.
7. Connect a voltmeter to contacts d and e of block 2 of the power supply, and then to contacts d and «mass» car. In these two cases, the voltage should be approximately equal to the battery voltage.
8. Switch off the ignition.
9. Connect an ohmmeter to pins d of block 1 of the CAN-BUS bus and «mass» car. The device should show infinity.
10. Connect an ohmmeter to contacts d blocks 2 power supply and «mass» car. The device should show infinity.
11. Connect an ohmmeter to terminals e of block 2 of the power supply and «mass» car. The resistance should be around 0.
12. Connect an ohmmeter to the contacts e and e of the block 2 of the power supply. The resistance should be around 60 ohms.
13. If the results of any of the tests do not match the specified values, check the pads and wires of the corresponding circuits.
Attention! Connect blocks with wires only when the terminal is disconnected «-» battery.
